1. من نحن
منصة SimsimKit (simsimkit.com) مملوكة لـشركة GeekZone (جيك زون) في المملكة العربية السعودية وتديرها، ويُشار إليها هنا بـ«نحن». للتواصل: islam@simsimkit.com.
2. الخدمة
SimsimKit منصة إلكترونية لإنتاج محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتشمل: كتابة الأفكار والنصوص، وتوليد الصور والفيديو والصوت، والمونتاج، والدبلجة، وجدولة النشر على حساباتك. تعتمد بعض المزايا على مزوّدي خدمات خارجيين للذكاء الاصطناعي والنشر.
3. الحساب
- يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا، أو أن تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن جهة مخوَّل بتمثيلها.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن أي استخدام يتم من خلال حسابك.
- يجب أن تكون البيانات التي تقدّمها صحيحة.
4. الباقات والنقاط والدفع
- تعمل الخدمة بنظام «النقاط»؛ إذ تستهلك كل عملية توليد عددًا من النقاط يُعرض قبل تنفيذها. النقاط ليست نقودًا، ولا قيمة نقدية لها، وغير قابلة للتحويل.
- الاشتراكات شهرية وتتجدد تلقائيًا بالسعر نفسه حتى تلغيها. تتجدد نقاط الباقة شهريًا ولا تُرحَّل إلى الشهر التالي.
- النقاط الإضافية (الشحن) صالحة لمدة 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء.
- الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي، ويتم الدفع عبر مزوّدي دفع معتمدين (مثل Tap وPayPal)، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات البطاقات.
- إذا فشلت عملية توليد بسبب خلل من جهتنا، تُعاد نقاطها إلى رصيدك تلقائيًا.
- يحق لنا تعديل الأسعار، ويسري أي تعديل على الاشتراك اعتبارًا من التجديد التالي لإشعارك به.
5. الإلغاء والاسترجاع
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من صفحة «باقتي»؛ ويوقف الإلغاء التجديد التلقائي، وتظل باقتك فعّالة حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة. تفاصيل الاسترجاع في سياسة الاسترجاع.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر استخدام الخدمة في:
- أي محتوى يخالف أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية أو قوانين البلد الذي يُنشر فيه.
- انتحال الشخصية، أو إنتاج محتوى لشخص حقيقي (صورته أو صوته) دون إذنه، أو تضليل الآخرين.
- التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو العلامات التجارية للغير.
- المحتوى الإباحي أو العنيف أو المحرّض على الكراهية أو الضار بالأطفال.
- الرسائل المزعجة، أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها، أو إعادة بيعها دون اتفاق مكتوب.
يحق لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه البنود.
7. المحتوى الخاص بك
- ما ترفعه من صور وفيديو وصوت ونصوص، وما تنتجه بالخدمة، ملك لك، وأنت المسؤول عنه وعن امتلاكك حق استخدامه.
- تمنحنا إذنًا محدودًا بمعالجة هذا المحتوى وتخزينه وإرساله إلى المزوّدين اللازمين، لغرض تقديم الخدمة لك فقط.
- قد تتضمن مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي أخطاء أو تشابهًا مع محتوى آخر؛ لذا يُرجى مراجعتها قبل نشرها.
8. الحسابات المرتبطة
عند ربط حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي، ننشر ونقرأ الرسائل والتعليقات بإذنك وبالقدر اللازم للمزايا التي تستخدمها، ويمكنك فصلها في أي وقت. ويخضع استخدامك لتلك المنصات لشروطها الخاصة أيضًا.
9. توفر الخدمة وحدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي»، ونسعى لإتاحتها باستمرار، إلا أنها قد تتوقف لأغراض الصيانة أو بسبب مزوّد خارجي. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة ما دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة لها، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية خسارة الأرباح أو الأضرار غير المباشرة.
10. إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا، ويُحذف محتواك بعد الإغلاق وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
11. التعديلات والنظام المطبّق
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنخطرك مسبقًا بأي تغيير جوهري. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويُسعى لحل أي نزاع وديًا أولًا، وإلا فينعقد الاختصاص لمحاكم المملكة.

1. Who we are
SimsimKit (simsimkit.com) is owned and operated by GeekZone, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”). Contact: islam@simsimkit.com.
2. The service
SimsimKit is an online platform for creating social-media content with AI: ideas and scripts, image, video and audio generation, editing, dubbing, and scheduling posts to your connected accounts. Some features rely on third-party AI and publishing providers.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or use the service on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate.
4. Plans, credits and payment
- The service runs on “credits”. Each generation consumes a number of credits shown before it runs. Credits are not money, have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically at the same price until cancelled. Plan credits reset every month and do not roll over.
- Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers (such as Tap and PayPal); we do not store card details.
- If a generation fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- We may change prices; changes to a subscription apply from the renewal after we notify you.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the “My plan” page. Cancelling stops renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- create content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or of the country where you publish;
- impersonate anyone, create content depicting a real person (likeness or voice) without their consent, or mislead people;
- infringe intellectual-property or trademark rights of others;
- create sexual, violent or hateful content, or anything that harms children;
- send spam, attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or resell it without a written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
- What you upload (images, video, audio, text) and what you create with the service belongs to you; you are responsible for it and for having the rights to use it.
- You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit that content to the necessary providers, solely to provide the service to you.
- AI output may contain errors or resemble other content; review it before publishing.
8. Connected accounts
When you connect social-media accounts, we publish and read messages and comments with your permission and only as needed for the features you use. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
10. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. After closure your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you in advance of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes are first resolved amicably, failing which the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction.
